Our summer programs are designed for every level of athlete—from those stepping onto the sand for the first time to competitors preparing for the collegiate stage. Join us at Four Lakes and Flick Park for our Regional Training to master the fundamentals, or challenge yourself in our Elite Training program designed for top-tier high school and college players.
New this year, we’re excited to offer our grass volleyball program for the first time—an awesome opportunity to mix things up and give a new style of play a try. Train outdoors, build your agility, and compete in the Midwest’s best environment.

Founded in 2017, Chicago Sand Volleyball began with a simple mission: to create a culture of lifelong play. What started as a summer passion project has grown into the Midwest’s premier sand program. Today, we are proud to train one of the strongest boys' programs in the country and an elite girls' program, helping athletes earn national bids and collegiate commitments. Whether you are stepping onto the sand for the first time or competing for a national title, we are here to elevate your game.
