Matt Madia

DIRECTOR OF CHICAGO SAND VOLLEYBALL

Matt Madia has been coaching volleyball since 2007. He has spent time coaching in High School, Club, D1, NAIA, and Junior College. He has worked with USAHP, EVP, and Gold Medal Squared. Currently, he is assisting at 630 Buddy Bears and 18 girls at Adversity VBC.

Nick Maruyama

MASTER COACH & BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Nick Maruyama brings a wealth of volleyball experience having coached at multiple levels. Nick currently serves as the director of 630 Volleyball, the largest indoor boys program in the country. Previously he served 2 years as the assistant at Wheaton College and also works for USA Volleyball, having coached Girls A3, Boys A2, and the Boys Future Select National Training Program.

Megan Margolis

Hi! My name is Megan Margolis and I am currently a rising sophomore at Brandeis University. I am studying Business and Law. I also play on the Brandeis volleyball team as a setter! I graduated from Lake Forest High School in 2022 and grew up playing sand volleyball every summer! I am very excited to join the CSV team.

Alexis Ayala

Hello! My name is Alexis Ayala and I am a Glenbard West high school, Northern Illinois University and Chicago Sand volleyball alumni. I have been playing volleyball for about 7 years now and have a great passion for playing the game. My goal is to help those who want to improve their skill sets as I have seen benefits through my own years. I also love to show that the game is a fun experience for the summer and beyond. I'm excited to coach and feel free to ask questions. Let's have a great summer!

Page Dickison

Hi there! My name is Page Dickison and I just finished up my first year teaching high-school English at Wheaton North. I graduated in 2021 from Illinois Wesleyan University and played volleyball there as a libero all four years, and was a captain my senior year! Throughout college I coached regional club volleyball teams in the area. Currently, I am the head coach of the sophomore, girls volleyball team at WN and help out with the boys volleyball team when I can. I have always enjoyed playing sand volleyball, and I have been in several summer leagues. I cannot wait to join the Chicago Sand Volleyball program and continue my love of coaching through the summer!

Madison Martin

Currently a defensive specialist on the Delaware State University volleyball team. Majoring in Physics Engineering concentrating in Bioengineering with a minor in Psychology. Has been playing beach volleyball for 5 years. Graduated high school from Mother McAuley and previously played club volleyball at Sports Performance Volleyball Club.

Ellen Seiberlich

Hi! My name is Ellen Seiberlich, and this is my first year with Chicago Sand Volleyball. I teach preschool full time in Elmhurst, and love spending the rest of my days coaching and playing volleyball. In the fall my 6 th grade school team had an incredible undefeated season, and my 8th grade team took second place. I currently coach 12-year-old girls at First Alliance VBC, in addition to helping run camps, clinics, and private lessons for players of all ages and skill levels. I’m looking forward to the summer and working with athletes to develop their skills and grow in their love of the sport.
